We are the responsible party as defined under POPIA. We provide compassionate in-home support for older adults, assisting with everyday tasks so clients can continue living comfortably in their own homes.

We may share your information with trusted third parties only where necessary, including healthcare providers, caregivers, and service partners who assist in delivering your care. All third parties are required to handle your information confidentially and in compliance with POPIA. We may also disclose information where required by law or a court order.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, theft, unauthorised access, alteration or destruction. Access to your information is limited to staff who need it to perform their duties.
